Q: How will you ship my order?
A: We ship all orders with the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Online Tracking.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We make every effort to process and ship orders within 5 business days. Once we ship your order, the USPS estimated delivery timeframe is:
Domestic US Orders: On average 2-3 days.
Please note that USPS does not guarantee the delivery date.
Q: How much will shipping cost me?
A: Costs vary based on the shipping location Zip/Postal Code and the weight of the items in your order.
Q: Can I track my order online?
A: Yes, when your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with the USPS tracking number. To track your order, please log on to USPS.com and enter your tracking number.
Returned Packages
Retro Roost® is not responsible for packages that are returned to us by USPS as “Undeliverable.” The customer is responsible for supplying Retro Roost® with a valid shipping address. If a package is returned as “Undeliverable,” we will attempt to contact the customer for a valid shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you've received a Shipping Confirmation email, we have shipped your order. If delivery was attempted, you will get the date and time of attempted delivery. If you think your order is lost or stolen, contact Retro Roost® and we'll attempt to help you locate your package.
