Q: What's your return policy for online purchases?

A: Retro Roost® wants you to be happy with your order and experience with us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items or items whose original packaging has been opened. We strongly recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice that was shipped along with your package. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Carefully pack and ship your package and return form to:

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process once we receive them.

Q: Will you pay my return shipping if I need to return an item?

A: Yes, but only if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will only reimburse for regular mail, not for express shipping. We also cannot refund the original shipping cost.
