A: Through our convenient online Roostore. If you have any questions about using the online store, please email us at order@retro-roost.com. Sorry, but we currently do not accept email, phone, fax or international orders.
Q: Is your online ordering secure?
A: Our online ordering features VeriSign, an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Retro Roost® accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover. US Funds only please. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "ESNA Studios, LLC," the
company that owns the Retro Roost® brand.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% Ohio sales tax.
Q: Do you confirm my order?
A: Yes, after you place your order and we process it, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email. When your order has shipped, we'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email.
Q: Can I buy gift certificates?
A: Sorry, not yet, but hopefully soon.
Q: Why are you out of stock of an item?
A: Some items are produced as limited editions and we have limited quantities available for sale.
